Interior Design and Decoration project and its execution, Attic Vila Olímpica
In this interior design project for this duplex located on the attic floor of its building, it was to enable a new work floor to the tastes and needs of our client. We receive the commission for the reform of a duplex penthouse completely open to the outside in Barcelona. The key to making an original distribution was to devise the furniture for each stay. In this sense, we try to think the project as a whole from the beginning, devising the furniture from the first contact. The reason lies in our conviction that each project is different because each client is different, so being able to capture this is a guarantee of success.
In this case, the show proved key to defining the overall idea of the project. Knowing how to combine the infrastructure needs to be able to enjoy music, reading and movies in the best conditions of comfort and design were one of the requirements marked by the client that we face.
We are especially proud of the design of the double desk, designed to work at home, two people at the same time. Our desk incorporates storage for documentation and bibliography for recurring use.
An elegant, sober bathroom with masculine elegance.
Achieving the desired adjectives in the projects we carry out is always a complex task in which many elements intervene. However, it often happens that by touching certain keys, elements, it is possible to give a specific character to the space. In this case, the choice of materials is largely responsible for the resulting adjectives. An elegant bathroom On the other hand, it is the straight lines that determine the volumes, which have just given character to this bathroom. A few more adjectives can be natural, sophisticated or solid. And the stone and wood, the finishes between the two materials and the embroideries that hide mechanisms, the attributes that favor them.
In the briefing with the client, different adjectives usually come out. In short, the adjectives translate sensations that the spaces transmit. Materiality and emotion blend in them. Imagining them and making them technically and economically possible is our job.
