Azul Acocsa Kitchen Showroom

Azul Acocsa Kitchen Showroom

PROJECT

Coblonal Interiorismo has been responsible for the design and construction of Azul Acocsa’s new showroom space, which expands its facilities located in the Les Corts district of Barcelona. In this new space, Azul Acosa offers and exhibits its own designs of high-end kitchens and lighting projects, as well as its wide range of coatings and toilets.

Our Interior Design and Architecture Study  has been in charge of designing and building a space with an area of more than 700m2 that is added to the showroom of Sanitary and pavements that we have made in recent years, all of them with the highest technical and quality standards.

We have followed the same basic idea in accordance with the philosophy of the brand. Spaces designed for the product to be the protagonist, especially designed for creative dynamics; where clients and architects, together with the Azul Acocsa team, can appreciate the dimensions, functionalities, characteristics and alternatives of materials and designs in use situation.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We conceived a space where Azul Acocsa could expose five of its kitchens, two of which fully functional, as well as its new lighting division and the set of materials involved in its designs. The idea of placing fully functional kitchens responds to the willingness to hold events and cooking demonstrations, as well as for all visitors to have a real experience of using the designs and novelties in materials and technology of their pieces.

The whole space has 13 work points distributed between the kitchen area on display, natural stone, lighting, large-format pieces and small samples.

The zoning of the set of spaces has different meeting points where you can stand with the clients, such as large tables, an area with screens and a projector and even a space where you can have a coffee from a privileged position with a view to the entire showroom under a huge paper painted.

MATERIALS

The porcelain pieces of 3×1.5 meters that make up the pavement are worth mentioning about the materials used. It is a model specially manufactured for the showroom and that from now on can be found exclusively for its customers. The accesses to the upper floors are covered with natural parquet.

The vertical exposure system that we find in a good part of the perimeter is composed of micro-perforated sheet metal modules 1 meter wide, painted in the oven and equipped with the same anchoring system and installations. Adapted for easy re-positioning according to the needs of each moment. The work tables are constructed from a structure of black iron tubular profile that holds an envelope formed by the same material as the floor.

For the entire roof, projected with pearlite, runs a structure of black iron in H that serves as an electric rail and regiband. The installations are views with steel pipe that stand out both for roof and for the abutjardado concrete pillars. The lighting is distributed by a longitudinal central rail and crossed lanes for each specific area.

The central staircase is made by a mixed structure of laminated iron profile and concrete volume with tread ceramic work. The steps are illuminated longitudinally by LED strips. The protection consists of a tempered glass handrail and varnished black iron sheet.

In all, the Coblonal Interiorismo team has designed a space that is representative of the Azul Acocsa brand, where its designs and materials are displayed in a use situation so that visitors can appreciate their qualities at their best.
