Own Projects

If we take care of the project, the most common is that we also take care of its construction in order to offer a comprehensive project management service to our clients.

A project manager is assigned to each of our projects who acts as an interlocutor and reference for both the project phase and its construction. In the construction phase, a construction manager joins the team in collaboration, as responsible for the production of the work.

Our work managers assume the direction and coordination of the work, as well as its economic management in order to adjust the costs to the agreed budget while maximizing the quality of the execution and the finishes.
